Residential pricing is determined by the property’s total finished living area and requested coverage—not whether the residence is classified as a house, condominium, apartment, or townhome. Pricing covers one residential dwelling with standard interior and applicable private exterior coverage.

Shared community spaces, apartment amenities, clubhouses, pools, multiple units, detached structures, guest houses, extensive acreage, and other additional coverage are not included in standard residential pricing and may require a custom proposal.
